Public Safety Announcement
Hotel Closure Statement Issued March 19th 2020
We are deeply saddened to confirm that the hotel will close from Thursday 19th March 2020 to Thursday 23rd April 2020. As a family owned hotel, this is not a decision we have made lightly but with the best interests of our staff and guests in mind, it’s a necessary one.
These dates are subject to change based on the CovID-19 Worldwide crisis. For the closure period we will have no telephone support. If you have a query, the best way to contact us is by email at [email protected] or [email protected]
Below is some important information on how to manage your booking with us:
For bookings for dates between March 19th – April 23rd 2020, on third party booking agents (Booking.com, Hotels.com, Pigsback or Expedia.com). We recommend that you log onto your booking website and cancel your booking.
For bookings made by phone, email or online at www.oranmorelodge.ie during the affected dates (during March 19th – April 23rd 2020) these bookings are now cancelled.
If you have paid for your booking on an Advance Purchase plan, we will transfer your booking and credit can be used on an alternative time within the next 12 months.
For bookings for dates from April 23rd, 2020 onwards, our advice at present is to keep future bookings beyond April 23rd 2020. If you are sure you will not travel for future dates, please cancel accordingly via your booking method. If you are thinking about visiting on a future date, we recommend you do so now to avail of our best available rates and some exclusive online deals.
We offer FREE CANCELLATIONS up to 48 hours before your arrival date so there is no risk in booking for a future stay with us.
We are deeply saddened to close, we did not foresee this. We hope that this current crisis is resolved soon and that Ireland can resume being one of the best tourist destinations in the world.
For now, we wish you and your family all the best and stay safe.
