Arguably one of the most popular Christmas markets in Ireland attracting over 600,000 visitors every year over the course of 35 days, the Galway Christmas Market, in the heart of the city is a national highlight of the festive season. With our onsite parking, why not hop on the city bus which departs directly from our doorstep and transports guests straight to city centre. The bus stop (line 404) goes straight to the Galway Christmas Market on Eyre Square.

Galway Christmas Market

The Galway Continental Christmas Market received over 450,000 visitors last year and there were more than 50 wooden chalets located Eyre Square along with the Big Wheel, Carousel, Santa’s Grotto, the German Bier Keller along with numerous other theatrical delights throughout the four week fair.

Visitors can expect to enjoy a wide variety of entertainment and stalls located in Eyre Square in Galway City centre. It is expected that this year will once again feature amusement rides including a 32 metre high Big Wheel and traditional Carousel, Santa’s Express Train, live adult choirs and a Santa’s Grotto.
