We are excited to let you all know we have a new challenge. Some of you may know our friend and colleague James Colbourne who worked in reception for 2 years and would regularly visit the gym during his time working here. He sadly passed away while out for a run in Perth on August 27th 2025 due to an undiagnosed heart arrythmia. He was due to return to Ireland 11 days later. In his memory, we are raising money for croi. We are raising money for Croi by running, walking or swimming 30,000kms, (The distance from Perth to Cavan and return. Each Km you walk, or run will be the equivant of 3km’s. Each kilometre you swim will equal 5kms and cycling is normal 1km =1km. We’re excited to share that we’ll be showcasing some amazing prizes over the next few weeks, generously donated by businesses across Ireland. All proceeds go to this incredible cause.
